We’re looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to partner with a younger attorney as we build our in-house legal department.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with significant litigation experience who enjoys being more than just a paralegal. You’ll bring the operational knowledge, organization, and practical experience that helps a growing legal department run at a high level. While our attorney leads the legal strategy, you’ll help build the systems, processes, and day-to-day operations that keep every case moving efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who has “been there before”—someone who can confidently say, *”Here’s how we should build this.”*
If you’ve worked in litigation, probate, real estate, or title and enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and helping develop both people and systems, we’d love to meet you.

You naturally think several steps ahead, anticipate issues before they happen, and create systems that prevent problems instead of reacting to them.
Someone who naturally asks:
- Why are we doing it this way?
- How can we standardize this process?
- What system can we build so this never becomes an issue again?
- How can I make the attorney more effective?
- How do we build a litigation department that scales?
